Happy full moon! Graphic pic alert - my client puked this up this morning.   This is her second time parasite cleansing.

Some parasites (like strongyloides) make a pulmonary migration before landing in the gut. I've had clients cough up pinworm or threadworm-like critters, but this one was a first for me!
