These two posts were my top performers: 1️⃣  Most Engagement :  The CDC finally updated their vaccine guidelines but the elephant in the room? The statement “vaccines do NOT cause autism”  was never evidence-based.   • Dr. Mercola's Infant Formula Recipe

    If you’re concerned about the infant formula shortage, this is a great opportunity to learn about the junk in conventional formula + learn recipes from Dr. Mercola that are actually healthy for your baby. Most contain alarming amounts of sugar, typically in the form of corn syrup which is even worse. Dr. Mercola’s Infant Formula Recipe · 2 cups organic, whole, cow milk, preferably raw unprocessed milk from grass fed cows · 4 tablespoons pure lactose (a milk sugar) · 1 packet of Dr. Mercola Complete Probiotic Powder for Infants · 2 or more tablespoons of good quality, organic cream (regular, not ultra-pasteurized) · 1 teaspoon of Carlson’s liquid cod liver oil · 2 teaspoons organic, virgin coconut oil · 2 teaspoons Sari Foods non-fortified nutritional yeast · 4 teaspoons Great Lakes beef hydrolysate gelatin ( Before adding the gelatin into the formula, you’ll need to dissolve it in the recommended amount of water; heat gently until completely dissolved .) · 2 1/4 cups pure filtered water. Make sure your water filter specifically states that it filters out fluoride. · 1 teaspoon acerola powder · Optional: 1/4 cup homemade liquid whey · Optional: Monk fruit sweetener if your child has gotten used to the sweetness of corn syrup-sweetened infant formula and is refusing unsweetened formula. AVOID brands containing erythritol. Place all ingredients in a clean glass or stainless steel container and mix well. This recipe will make 36 ounces. Dairy-free recipe: · 3 3/4 cups homemade beef or chicken broth · 2 ounces organic liver, cut into small pieces · 5 tablespoons lactose · 1 packet of Dr. Mercola’s Complete Probiotics Powder for Infants · 1/4 cup homemade liquid whey · 2 tablespoons coconut oil · 1 teaspoon cod liver oil · 1 teaspoon acerola powder Gently simmer the liver in the broth until fully cooked through. Liquefy the liver using a handheld blender or food processor. Once cooled, stir in all the remaining ingredients. Store in a sanitized glass or stainless steel container.   • The Real Reason Antibiotics Don’t Cure Lyme

    Got a Lyme diagnosis? Or maybe you suspect   Lyme disease ? Chances are, you were prescribed antibiotics. Maybe just one. Or maybe several… rotating them over time. At first, you might’ve noticed some improvement. Then a few weeks later, you’re right back where you started... or worse. Next thing you know, your doctor is mentioning lupus . Or fibromyalgia . Or telling you that Lyme is “chronic” and there’s no real cure. Of course, in the holistic world, we know that’s not true . The real issue isn’t that Lyme can’t be addressed - it’s that antibiotics fall short  when it comes to how this bacteria actually behaves. Here are the top four reasons antibiotics often fail when it comes to Lyme . 1. Lyme Can Change Its Physical Form Lyme bacteria are incredibly intelligent. When they sense a threat (like antibiotics) they can change their shape and curl up into a protective cyst or “ball” form. Once in this state, antibiotics can’t penetrate the bacteria at all. That means the medication becomes useless. When the threat is removed, Lyme simply morphs back into its active spiral form and continues spreading. What’s even more fascinating (and frustrating) is that Lyme bacteria can communicate with each other . As soon as one detects antibiotics, it sends out a distress signal so the others can shut down and protect themselves too. 2. Lyme Can Alter Its DNA Your immune system identifies microbes by memorizing their genetic code. Lyme knows this and uses it to its advantage. By changing small portions of its DNA, Lyme can evade immune detection entirely. Every time antibiotics are introduced, the bacteria morph again, becoming more resistant and harder to identify. Instead of your immune system searching for one genetic “signature,” it’s now chasing many, which weakens your body’s ability to fully eliminate the infection. 3. Antibiotics Don’t Address Toxins Antibiotics don’t detox the body. When Lyme bacteria die, they release endotoxins (highly inflammatory bacterial byproducts) that can make symptoms significantly worse. Because antibiotics don’t bind or remove these toxins, they remain in the body, driving inflammation, neurological symptoms, pain, fatigue and flares. This is one major reason people feel awful during treatment and never fully recover afterward. 4. Lyme Loves to Hide Inside Parasites One of the biggest missing pieces in Lyme treatment? Parasites. Lyme bacteria love to hide inside parasites, using them as a shield. So even if antibiotics reduce Lyme elsewhere in the body, the bacteria protected inside parasites can survive. Once treatment stops, those parasites release the bacteria and reinfection occurs. This is why Lyme so often comes back after long, intense antibiotic protocols. Parasites should always be addressed before  targeting Lyme itself. The Bottom Line Lyme isn’t “incurable.” It’s just misunderstood.   • Proper order for detox

    Our bodies were not created to detox the level of toxicity we are exposed to these days which is which detox should be a part of your wellness regimen. There's a proper order for detox if you want to effectively eliminate toxins and pathogens so that your body can heal and perform optimally. Step 1: Detox drainage systems. This includes moving stagnant waste through the colon, liver, kidneys, bile ducts, lymphatic system and skin. If drainage pathways aren't open, toxins and pathogens can't effectively exit the body. Cleared drainage pathways preps the body to detox pathogens with minimal herxing (dead parasites stuck in the body are more harmful than live ones ). Step 2: Detox parasites and other pathogens. You want a comprehensive protocol that will remove parasites, both visible and microscopic, at every stage of their lifestyle which includes eggs, larva and biofilm along with candida and viruses.   • Detox Isn’t the Problem — The Order Is

    Why Detox Order Matters (And How To Do It Right) If detox hasn’t worked for you in the past (or left you feeling worse) it’s often not what you did… it’s the order you did it in . Our bodies were never designed to handle the level of toxic exposure we face today. Pesticides, heavy metals, mold, infections, stress... it’s A LOT. That’s why detox isn’t a one-time thing; it’s part of a sustainable wellness lifestyle. But here’s the key most people miss: Detoxing out of order can stall healing, worsen symptoms or trigger intense die-off .   • How Do You Know When Parasites Are Finally Gone?

    It’s very common to continue expelling parasites even after multiple rounds of cleansing. So the question I hear all the time is, “How will I know when I’m parasite-free?” The answer always comes back to your symptoms . How do you feel overall? Has your skin cleared up ? Are the migraines gone? Did the sugar cravings calm down? Are you finally sleeping through the night ? What matters most is that you’re seeing real improvement  in the symptoms that pointed to parasites in the first place.   • Cold, Flu & COVID Are Hitting Hard — Here’s What Actually Helps Us

    Cold, flu, and COVID season is hitting hard this year and I’m not exaggerating. Our entire  family went down this month, which honestly hasn’t happened in years. I leaned heavily on supplements to help us bounce back, and these are, in my opinion, the most effective ones for viral support . Vitamin D3  is at the top of the list. It helps reduce viral survival and replication and supports the body’s ability to keep viruses from entering cells. Zinc  is critical because it interferes with viral replication.
