The further away you get from eating foods loaded in carbs, GMO's, pesticides, sugar, gluten and seed oils or foods prepared in the microwave/induction hob... the less you want it. I can directly tie eating those things to feeling tired, unfocused and achy. It's not worth it to me for one meal.
Healthy swaps can take time to adjust but once you notice improved digestion, slimmer physique, better skin, mood and energy... there's no going back.
