Intermittent fasting or time restricted fasting is where you give your body a break from digestion for at least 12 hours a day (ideally 16). Since most of our immunity is in our gut, this allows your body to focus more time on healing instead of digestion. I try to eat between 11AM - 7PM.

Studies have shown that even if you don't change your diet but just shift your eating to an 8-12 hour window, you will still realize many of these benefits.
