Are Parasites Supposed to Be There? Let's Talk About It.

One of the questions I hear most often is:
"If parasites are so common, maybe they're supposed to be there?"
It's a fair question... but by definition, a parasite is an organism that lives on or in a host and benefits at the host's expense.
Unlike beneficial bacteria that can have a mutually beneficial relationship with us, parasites rely on the host for survival and can contribute to health problems, especially when present in significant numbers or certain species.
Many people notice improvements in digestion, energy, sleep, or other symptoms after completing a well-designed parasite protocol. While parasites may not be the root cause of every health issue, they can be one piece of the puzzle that's often overlooked.
That's why I encourage working with a knowledgeable practitioner to determine whether a parasite protocol is appropriate for your individual health goals.
