Eat fat, get thin!

Eating unrefined healthy fats does not make you fat... in fact, it does quite the opposite.

Healthy fats are foods like nuts , seeds, avocados, olives, coconut, unrefined oils & bone broths.


Fats have TONS of benefits...

-Fats keep us full & satiated. -They speed up our metabolism. -They don't trigger a release of insulin (which is what locks fat into our cells). -High fat diets burn up to 300 more calories/day. -They improve blood sugar, insulin, triglycerides & HDL cholesterol.


To maximize all the benefits of a high fat diet, your plate should be 60% fat, 30% protein and 10% carbs.
