How I Can Help You

I'm not your typical nutritionist. I don't do calorie counting or fat restriction or recommend you spend hours at the gym. I focus on plant based nutrition, detox, stress management, movement, sleep and minimizing toxins in everyday life.

You can use tests like hair or stool analysis to learn about various imbalances and toxicities in your body, a DNA test to learn more about your genetic makeup and how to make sure good genes are expressed and bad ones are not - or jump right in to a detox protocol to remove unwanted toxins and pathogens through organic supplements and nutrition/lifestyle coaching.
