How to keep your ๐Ÿ  tank clean

It makes so much sense in regards to a fish tank... why is it so hard to apply to our own health? The reality is that most medication/surgeries only mask symptoms so our tank stays dirty. And with less symptoms we operate under the false pretenses that we are better when in fact the root cause of our health issues continues to compound.

You may not realize this but iatrogenic causes (aka medical mistakes) are the leading cause of death in the U.S. This comes from ๐Ÿ‘‰ Adverse reactions to medications ๐Ÿ‘‰ Misdiagnosis and subsequent treatments ๐Ÿ‘‰ Taking too many pharmaceuticals at once ๐Ÿ‘‰ Hospital infections ๐Ÿ‘‰ Botched surgeries

Most people wouldn't choose this route if they knew HOW to clean their tank. This comes from โœ” Eating TONS of fruits & veggies โœ” Eating organic โœ” Drinking lots of filtered/distilled water โœ” Getting sunshine (without lathering on tons of sunscreen) โœ” Using non-toxic toiletries & cleaning products โœ” Sleep 7-8 hours/night โœ” Move your body! โœ” Indoor plants to purify your air โœ” Practice stress management โœ” Reduce EMF exposure โœ” Detox regularly from parasites, mold, heavy metals, glyphosate, radioactive elements & other toxins.

Do you do any (or all) of these? What is your #1 go-to to keep your tank clean?! Let me know!

And as always Ann Shippy MD kills it with her graphics!
