Mental Health, Medication & Mass Violence

💔 My heart is with the families and communities grieving after yet another school shooting.
Here’s a truth that rarely makes headlines: “100% of teenage school shooters in the past 52 years were on an antidepressant or barbiturate for anxiety.” – Dr. Bryan Ardis
⚠️ Every antidepressant has an FDA black box warning for aggression, violence & suicidality.
📊 Columbia meta-analysis: higher suicide risk in kids/teens.
🇸🇪 2020 Swedish study: SSRI use tied to more violent crime.
🧪 NIH is now investigating whether these drugs fuel mass shootings, including among transgender-identifying shooters.
So why don’t you hear this everywhere? Pharma money drives the narrative. Media runs on pharma ads & our own agencies (CDC, FDA, NIH) are funded by the very industry they’re supposed to regulate.
Meanwhile, kids are being funneled onto a conveyor belt of medical dependency:
💉 Puberty blockers disrupt healthy development, sterilize patients & carry risks from brain swelling to vision loss.
⚠️ Cross-sex hormones skyrocket risks for stroke, cancer & heart disease.
🩺 Each new complication - mental health crises, organ damage, metabolic disorders - becomes another revenue stream. A child on this path becomes a lifetime customer, while Big Pharma pockets billions. Families are left broken, and a generation is being betrayed under the banner of “healthcare” & “progress.”
But there IS hope. Before drugs or irreversible surgeries, we must address root causes:
🌱 Detox endocrine disruptors (plastics, pesticides, meds, food).
🦠 Rebuild gut health - 90% of serotonin is made in the gut.
💊 Correct nutrient deficiencies + lower inflammation.
☀️ Support the nervous system with sunlight, movement & stress regulation.
🧹 Cleanse toxins + parasites that disrupt mood.
❌ Depression is NOT a “chemical imbalance.”
✅ It’s often a whole-body issue rooted in toxins, gut health & inflammation.
Our kids don’t need more drugs & labels. They need truth, transparency & healing from the inside out.
⚠️ If you or a loved one is on these meds, never stop abruptly- withdrawals can be dangerous. Always taper with a knowledgeable provider.
It’s time for honest conversations. Lives depend on it.
