Natural Alternatives to Pharmaceuticals

This weekend's full moon is bringing out lots of symptoms for my clients. If you're flaring up, consider trying some of these natural alternatives to pharmaceuticals....

Thyroid dysfunction - iodine, selenium, sea moss, bladderwrack, burdock


Focus/energy - lion's mane, black seed oil, humic/fulvic acid, holy basil, ashwagandha


Insomnia - Ashwagandha, CBD, chamomile, lavender, valerian root


Anxiety/Depression - lithium, ashwagandha, astragalus, passionflower, St. John's wort


Migraines/Headaches - almonds, oxygen, magnesium. B & D vitamins


Cholesterol - brazil nuts, turkey tail & maitake mushrooms


Allergies - quercetin, bromelain, stinging nettle, local honey


Blood pressure - black seed oil, shiitake mushrooms, soursop
