Probiotic Mouthwash

Lots of brands offer to send me free stuff in exchange for a social media post... which is fine since I'm all about promoting clean brands (as long as I actually like the products ). Riven however sent me a free bottle of probiotic mouthwash & asked for nothing in exchange. They just knew the product would speak for itself. We just finished our first bottle and it was A+.

We spend a lot of time focusing on taking probiotic supplements but we don't typically consider treating our mouth with them. Here's why it's important... Your oral microbiome is a reflection as to what's happening in the rest of your body. And your mouth is the second largest microbial community in your body, after your gut. Your mouth's microbes assist with many processes like digestion, metabolism and blood pressure regulation.

That's why you need to make sure your oral care products are clean, non-toxic biofilm disruptors that support detox efforts and don't kill your good oral bacteria along with the bad (like hydrogen peroxide & alcohol). And ideally they come in glass.
