Thursdays are for the barre… (Nope, not the kind with cocktails!🍸😂)


I plan my schedule around my gym time - I can't show up for my family, friends or clients if I don't show up for myself.  Like they say on the plane, you've gotta put your own oxygen mask on first!


Movement is a non-negotiable, and the secret is finding something you actually enjoy! My fit fam keeps me motivated, and trust me—no excuses fly in here!


Age? Nope. Time? You make it. Limitations? Work around them. Just MOVE. Your body (and future self) will thank you!💪✨🍑
