Are you a mosquito magnet? This could be why!

Biting insects like mosquitoes and fleas are generally more attracted to acidic bodies than alkaline ones, though it’s not just about pH.
Here’s what we know:
🦟 Why insects prefer acidic bodies: Acidic systems often release more carbon dioxide, ammonia (think parasites!), lactic acid in sweat, and strong body odor compounds, all of which draw in mosquitoes. Toxicity, gut imbalances, and inflammation can also change your scent profile and skin chemistry, making you an easy target.
🍩 Processed foods, sugar, alcohol, chronic stress, and poor drainage pathways all contribute to acidity and a scent trail bugs can’t resist.
🌿 Alkaline bodies don’t make great bait. A balanced terrain means less inflammation, better hydration, fewer attractants in sweat/breath, and stronger skin barrier defense.
🩸 Blood type matters too: Type O blood tends to attract more bites, but even that can be influenced by internal terrain.
So what can you do?
✅ Eat a whole-foods, alkaline-rich diet (think greens, minerals, low sugar, no seed oils)
✅ Detox ammonia + other toxins that build up from parasites, mold, and heavy metals
✅ Oxygenate the blood (hydrogen tablets, structured water, mouth tape)
✅ Support gut and drainage pathways to reduce the scent signals that call bugs in
✅ Keep your terrain clean, calm, and resilient
You're not just unlucky. You’re biochemistry is broadcasting signals and bugs are listening. DM me to see how I can help!
