Bella Hadid recently opened up about her ongoing struggle with Lyme disease, sharing symptoms like severe joint pain, anxiety, brain fog, extreme exhaustion and more.💚 Sadly it's a diagnosis she shares with her mom and brother as well.
Lyme is incredibly complex because it's tiny, evasive, can hide inside cells and often slips past antibiotics.
And for many people, Lyme doesn’t show up alone... there are often layers like mold, parasites, heavy metals and hidden infections that overwhelm the body’s systems.
That’s why the order of healing matters. When you detox in the right sequence, the body can release toxins without getting overwhelmed. Each step lays the foundation for the next so you get progress, not setbacks.
Here’s the general flow I guide clients through:
✅ Step 1: Open Drainage Pathways + Support Mitochondria
We open lymph, liver, bile duct, and gut pathways + support cellular energy.
Why: If you mobilize toxins before your body can eliminate them, they just recirculate and cause inflammation + symptoms.
✅ Step 2: Parasite & Pathogen Detox
Once drainage is open, we address parasites + hidden infections.
Why: Parasites can store mold, metals, & toxins so clearing them first helps everything move easier.
✅ Step 3: Heavy Metal Detox
With drainage open & pathogens addressed, we gently remove heavy metals.
Why: Pulling metals too soon can cause them to recirculate or be reabsorbed.
✅ Step 4: Lyme, Co-Infections & Deep Cellular Healing
Now the body is ready to address intracellular pathogens, chronic infections and inflammation at the root. This is the phase where long-standing symptoms finally shift.
Healing isn’t about doing everything at once. It’s about doing the right things in the right order so your body can keep up and recover. 🌿✨
