Broccoli Soup Recipe

I made this fun soup tonight! PACKED with antioxidant-rich, detoxifying veggies and my 10 year old took it to the head.


1 large head fresh broccoli , chopped 2 cups chopped spinach, kale, turnip greens, collards or swiss chard 1/3 cup fresh basil 1 can coconut milk 2 cups vegetable broth 2 tablespoons coconut oil 6 cloves roasted garlic 1.5 tablespoon curry powder ½ teaspoon sea salt ½ teaspoon cayenne


Sautee veggies & basil with coconut oil. Once cooked, puree in a food processor with garlic (add some coconut milk if needed). Heat vegetable broth and coconut milk on stove top, add in pureed vegetables. Mix in spices. Thai vibes with a cancer-fighting, DNA supportive boost. Next time I'm adding in avocado & hot peppers. So yum!
