Cold, flu, and COVID season is hitting hard this year and I’m not exaggerating. Our entire family went down this month, which honestly hasn’t happened in years.
I leaned heavily on supplements to help us bounce back, and these are, in my opinion, the most effective ones for viral support.
Vitamin D3 is at the top of the list. It helps reduce viral survival and replication and supports the body’s ability to keep viruses from entering cells.
Zinc is critical because it interferes with viral replication.
Quercetin helps block viruses from entering cells and acts as a zinc transporter, making zinc work even better. Quercetin is also a powerful antioxidant that supports antibody production and, at higher doses, has direct antiviral activity.
NAC is another must - it supports glutathione production (your body’s master antioxidant) and is especially beneficial for respiratory health.
I also include CellCore’s biotoxin binder because of its ability to bind viral debris and help the body clear it out more efficiently.
