Top Supplements for Cold, Flu & Covid Season

While it might be scary for you or your child to have a high fever and other flu-like symptoms, there are many things you can try prior to heading to the doc.


-Take NAC, D3, Zinc, Vitamin C, virus binders and quercetin prophylactically as well as when you get sick. -Drink 2/3 your body weight in ounces of water per day. -Speed up recovery with Epsom salt baths, castor oil packs & infrared saunas. -Eat all the fruits & veggies & avoid inflammatory foods.


I have two sick kiddos at home today and we are doing these along with colloidal silver, elderberry, turmeric, black seed oil and honey with bee pollen, propolis & royal jelly. They are def getting in their fluids!
