One of the most underrated (and most powerful) parts of healing is rewiring your brain for recovery.


Your brain doesn’t know the difference between what’s real and what’s rehearsed. When you repeatedly speak healing affirmations in the present tense, you’re training your nervous system to move out of fear and survival and back into repair, regulation and healing.


As frequently as possible - but especially right when you wake up and right before bed - spend a few minutes speaking things like:


✨ “My body is healing.”

✨ “Every cell in my body is aligned with health and vitality.”

✨ “I look and feel amazing.”


This is when your subconscious mind is most receptive and when real change happens.


Bonus points if you record yourself and listen to it on repeat 🎧
