Bartonella is a Lyme co-infection, which means it is commonly transmitted via biting insects like sand flies, ticks, lice, fleas, bed bugs, spiders, red ants and mites when they transmit Borrelia, or Lyme disease. Strongyloides, also called threadworm, is a type of roundworm that can infect the gut. People get infected when larva penetrate their skin, primarily through their feet (walking barefoot). The larva first make a pulmonary migration via the bloodstream and lymphatics where they are eventually coughed up and swallowed, allowing them to make their home in the gut. Larva can also be found in connective tissue and organs. A new batch can reinfect, so once they get a stronghold they can multiply like crazy. Strongyloides can cause abdominal pain, bloating, constipation, diarrhea, heartburn, gastrointestinal bleeding, colitis and is tied to meningitis, pneumonia, respiratory failure, gram negative bacteria, food and seasonal allergies, and headaches and migraines. One of the most significant tools I've used in my healing journey was when I tested my hair 5 years ago. The test measures 21 minerals and heavy metals to give you a metabolic blueprint of your body. It comes in booklet form and it's 20-30 pages long. To say I was surprised by my results is an understatement. I was deficient in many key nutrients like zinc, chromium, selenium, potassium and iron. Food labels can be misleading. If you eat chicken - check this out... ❌️Natural is meaningless - all chickens are natural. ❌️Fresh means the poultry was never frozen. ❌️Cage-free is misleading because it only applies to chickens raised for eggs, not meat. ❌️Free-range means the chickens had some time outdoors, but we don't know for how long. ❌️Hormone-free is also meaningless because it's illegal to give hormones to poultry we eat. ❌️Vegetarian may sound healthy but birds aren't supposed to be vegetarian.... they eat worms and other bugs. So this label also gets a strike. ✔️Antibiotic-free is good because ingesting these unnecessarily can cause a host of issues. ✔️Arsenic-free is good because most conventionally raised chickens are given arsenic to fatten them up. ✔️Certified humane means that some type of animal welfare organization deemed the animals living conditions acceptable.. ✔️Certified organic is good because it means the poultry is free from pesticides, GMO's, antibiotics, arsenic or grains. ✔️Pastured is the best distinction because it means the birds were free to roam the outdoors whenever they wanted and eat whatever they liked. The absence of any of this terminology suggests that the chickens were conventionally raised, fed an unnatural diet, likely with antibiotics and arsenic and treated cruelly. This makes the birds more prone to infection, more toxic and less nutrient-dense. Hook worms are a type of round work that typically infect the gut, cause abdominal pain, blood loss, anemia, loss of appetite and rashes. The larvae tend to enter through skin penetration, mainly your feet, and may cause rashes at entry points. Once inside the body, hookworms travel through the bloodstream & make their way to the lungs where an infected person may cough them out or swallow them with phlegm. Once swallowed, they find them home in the intestines and use their sharp dental plates to hook into the intestinal wall.
