  • Keep phones off your body (no pockets, bras, or near your head)

  • Turn on Airplane mode with WiFi OFF when not in use

  • Power down in cars, buses, trains, and elevators

  • Store your phone in a Faraday bag when carrying it with you

At Home

  • Choose corded landlines instead of cordless phones
