What if you’re not actually “sick”… you’re just dehydrated? 💧


Dr. Batmanghelidj’s “water cure” theory suggests something super simple but powerful:

👉 thirst often gets mistaken for hunger… or even disease


Dehydration can show up as:


• asthma flare-ups (hello airway constriction)

• higher blood pressure (thicker blood = harder to pump)


A 2024 review even linked chronic underhydration to increased risk of things like heart failure, diabetes, and dementia 😳


On the flip side?

Better hydration can help with:


• kidney stones

• blood pressure balance


Simple… but not always easy:


💧 Aim for about 2/3 your body weight in ounces daily

🧂 Add a pinch of Celtic salt to actually absorb that water
