Nutritious, Eco-Friendly Lunch for Kiddies

When you're mom's a nutritionist, lunches be like...

-Always veggies -Always fruit -Rarely treats. Because sugar promotes lack of focus & concentration. -Minimal carbs. Because same as above. -Water (stainless steel cup since glass is impractical for the littles) - No plastic - Always organic, whole foods


My daughter has asked me for "regular baggies" and I explained to her that these solutions aren't just better for her, they're better for the environment. She felt validated when a friend showed up to dance rocking the same fabric snack bag!
