Parasites First. Metals Second. Here’s Why.

Why Parasite Cleansing Comes Before Heavy Metal Detox
The order matters - get this wrong and you could make toxins spread deeper.
Let’s bust a big detox myth: Metals first, parasites later? Nope. That approach can actually make you worse! It’s important to address parasites before heavy metals because the two issues are interconnected, and doing it in the wrong order can backfire (once drainage pathways have been opened, of course!). Here’s why:
1. Parasites act as “sponges” for heavy metals
Many parasites (especially worms) absorb and store heavy metals inside their bodies.
They do this as a protective mechanism for themselves (metals weaken our immune system and make it easier for them to survive).
If you start aggressively detoxing heavy metals first, you risk releasing those metals from the parasites while the parasites are still inside you... meaning those metals can redistribute into your tissues, brain, and organs.
2. Parasites block detox pathways
Parasites create biofilms (slimy protective layers) that trap metals, chemicals, and pathogens.
If those biofilms and parasites aren’t removed first, your heavy metal detox will be less effective because the metals are physically trapped.
Parasite waste products (ammonia, mycotoxins, viruses, etc.) also inflame the liver and gut, making it harder for your detox organs to safely process metals.
3. Killing parasites first reduces toxic “overflow”
Once parasites are gone, the metals they were holding are naturally released in smaller, safer amounts, and your body can clear them more easily.
You’ll likely have less herx/die-off, fewer headaches, and less risk of reabsorbing toxins through the gut wall.
4. The “layered” detox approach
Think of it like cleaning a hoarder’s house:
Step 1: Remove the hoarder (parasites).
Step 2: Then you can safely deal with the hazardous materials (heavy metals).
If you try to clear the hazardous materials while the hoarder is still there, they’ll just keep hiding them in new places. In the same way, it’s important to always detox heavy metals after parasites. Otherwise, you leave behind a terrain that’s still hospitable for new parasites to thrive.
My recommendations for a safe, effective detox sequence:
Step 1 – Open the drainage pathways
Start with CellCore’s Energy & Drainage Protocol to make sure your liver, lymph, gut, kidneys and skin are ready to move toxins out.
Step 2 – Clear parasites
Use CellCore’s Para Kit to target parasites at every stage of the parasite life cycle along with their biofilms, setting the stage for a cleaner, less reactive heavy metal detox.
Step 3 – Detox heavy metals
Once the parasites are gone, move into CellCore’s Deep Heavy Metal Cleanse or Touchstone Essentials Detox Kit (perfect for sensitive individuals and kids) to safely remove stored heavy metals.
Why this order matters:
Following this sequence reduces herx/die-off reactions, prevents metals from being redistributed in your body, and gives you the best shot at feeling better faster.
