What I did when my son came home with sudden ear pain

When my son came home from school complaining of ear pain and saying the whole side of his face hurt, I immediately started thinking through what it could be.

He'd just gotten over a cough and I’ve noticed that when he gets sick, he tends to get really congested in that whole head area...ears, nose, and eyes all seem to get affected.

And he's been living in water since spring break 😅 🏊‍♂️

So I wasn't clear if it was swimmer’s ear, bacterial infection, or congestion-related pressure/gunk...

So here’s what we did:

👉 I used garlic oil in the ear and had him rest with it for about 10 minutes.

👉 I also gave him Biotoxin Binder and TUDCA to support drainage and help bind any looming crud.

By the next morning, he was completely back to normal.

How many people end up in this exact situation, running to the doctor and leaving with oral antibiotics, ear drops, or both, disrupting their microbiome with a treatment that may not actually get to the root cause, often without considering other options first?

In this case, I used what I already had on hand, it took about 10 minutes, and he was feeling completely back to normal the next day.

So often we overlook simple, natural approaches that can be used at home for early support.

Everyone’s situation is different and ear pain can have many different causes so it’s always important to make informed choices about care.🫶

If you’ve used any natural remedies for something like this, I’d love to hear what’s worked for you! Share below👇
