✨What’s Coming Out of Me?!😱😱

I get a ton of DMs with pics from folks wondering what exited during their parasite cleanse. While I don’t offer parasite identification services, I can run lab testing if you want a more definitive answer. (Click here to learn more on testing) 🧫💩

To help you get a better idea of what to look for, I created a video using my clients' cleanse photos—click here to watch!

But keep in mind: these critters rarely come out clean and pretty. They're often tangled in stool, biofilm, and mucoid plaque, making them hard to ID.

Here's a quick guide to what you might see:

🔁 Two Main Types of Worms:

🔹 Roundworms – cylindrical, like earthworms:

• Hookworms: have hook-like “teeth” for latching to intestines

• Pinworms: tiny (~1"), white, and easy to spot in stool

• Strongyloides: thin, thread-like worms

• Whipworms: long, with a tapered tail

🔹 Flatworms – ribbon-like bodies:

• Tapeworms: flat, segmented like tape

• Flukes: oval-shaped inside, but look like dried tomato or pepper skins when passed

🧬Other Common Exits:

• Parasite eggs: vary in size/shape—may look like pepper, corn, or sunflower seeds

• Gallbladder & kidney stones: can resemble parasite debris

• Candida: resembles shredded tissue

• Mucoid plaque: looks like rubbery jerky

• Biofilm: stringy, mucus-like material

⚠️Heads-up: Many parasites disintegrate as they die, releasing enzymes that make visual ID even harder.

Most people say that parasite cleansing is one of the most validating and fascinating things they’ve ever done for their health.
