I ignored this insomnia cause… and it cost me months of sleep

Three years ago… I went from sleeping fine my entire life… to getting 30 minutes of sleep a night.


It came out of nowhere. No history of insomnia… nothing.


I did everything I tell my clients to do…

Perfect sleep hygiene.

Magnesium, ashwagandha, L-tryptophan, CBD…

Even melatonin at way higher doses than recommended.

I got deep into meditation… nervous system work…

I even tried some very alternative things out of desperation.


Nothing worked.


And here’s the crazy part… I know parasites can cause insomnia

but because I had done so much cleansing before, I didn’t think that was it.

So it was one of the last things I tried.


But once I finally addressed parasites… my sleep came back.


And that’s when it confirmed what I now see all the time… 👉

Insomnia isn’t one-size-fits-all. The root cause is different for everyone.
