Insomnia sucks, and those who have been there are usually desperate for relief. The instinct for most is to hop on board with the latest supplement or even medication that promotes sleep... some work, some don't. But a sleep hack most don't often consider that's completely free without side effects is addressing EMF's. I've had so many clients resolve their insomnia by unplugging their WIFI at night, putting their phone on airplane mode and sleeping with it several feet away. If you struggle with insomnia, you've gotta give it a try.
