Heavy metal toxicity could by why you're struggling to lose weight

-Heavy metals get stored in fat cells making it hard to lose weight. -They increase fat production in our cells (lipogenesis) by increasing blood glucose in the body, creating insulin resistance. -Heavy metals are very disruptive to the thyroid and can cause underactivity thus slowing down your metabolism. -They affect hormones like leptin that tell your body to burn fat, cortisol that stores belly fat and estrogen that stores fat on our hips, thighs and breasts. -Heavy metals deplete nutrients... and deficiencies in chromium, copper, iron and magnesium lead to weight gain. -They attract candida and parasites which cause sugar cravings.
