I've always been a hearty laugher. Like topple over, bladder-stimulating laughter. It's loud and sometimes at inappropriate moments.... A variety of creatures exit the bod during this cleanse (from a variety of places) but most likely what you see will fall into one of these categories. Protozoa are microscopic and tapeworms can be several feet long. Worms with earthworm-like thickness are probably roundworms while tapeworms are very thin and break apart easily.
