  • My message to someone just diagnosed with thyroid cancer

Someone asked me to reach out to a friend who was just diagnosed with thyroid cancer and has surgery scheduled for March 1st. This was my response to her friend... Sharing as a reminder that there are alternatives to conventional cancer treatment that can have the same if not better outcomes without harmful therapeutics that are actually carcinogenic themselves. There are several FB groups you can join where survivors discuss treatment protocols, facility recommendations and lifestyle changes that they made to make their treatments successful. There are countless documentaries to watch, books to read and docs to follow that can give you confidence in the path less traveled. Start looking into them now so you're prepared should you or a loved one get the dreaded diagnosis.

  • Top sources of candida infection

Candida (yeast) is a very invasive pathogen. Most of us think of candida overgrowth as a vaginal infection but it can infect any body system (on males & females). Check out the most common sources of candida overgrowth: Antibiotics Birth control pills Corticosteroids Proton pump inhibitors Alcohol consumption High sugar diet Chlorine & fluoride in the municipal water system High mercury levels If you struggle from candida overgrowth, you may need a binder that can bind & remove candida from the body. #candidaovergrowth #mercury #antibiotics #birthcontrolpills #chlorine #fluoride #tapwater #protonpumpinhibitors #corticosteroids #alcoholconsumption #highsugardiet #candidadetox #yeastinfection #candidaalbicans #heavymetaltoxicity #ladyparts #biofilm #humicfulvicacid #yeastovergrowth #candidacleanse #vaginalinfection

  • Thinking you can't possibly have parasites because you aren't slim is such a misconception

Who thinks they don't have parasites because they aren't super skinny?! I hear this a lot but it's such a misconception! For sure, parasites steal your nutrients which can lead to being underweight. But here's how parasites manifest in most individuals that actually lead to WEIGHT GAIN..... -Parasites steal your nutrients causing you to overeat. -Parasites cause sugar & simple carbohydrate cravings (which are the foods that fatten us up). -Parasites can cause constipation - they release neurotoxins to slow down your bowels so they don't get pushed out. They can also physically block the bile duct and intestinal tract. Some people can have up to 30 pounds of waste in their colon ! -Parasites can induce METABOLIC SYNDROME (particularly obesity & insulin resistance). -Parasites cause inflammation & bloating through IBS, migration into joints/muscles, activation of allergies and their waste products that are taken up into your bloodstream. When you parasite cleanse, your body is able to absorb the nutrients from your food . You will naturally shift to craving more nutrient-dense foods and you will be able to regularly clear your bowels. And when you see the size of some of these critters that exit, you will realize how much space they were actually taking up. If you feel like you've tried everything on your weight loss journey, this could be your missing link. #parasites #parasitecleanse #parasitedetox #constipationrelief #fullmooncleanse #fullmoondetox #tapeworms #reducebloating #reduceinflammation #constipationremedies #guthealthchangeseverything #parasiteawareness #parasitecleansediet #whipworm #naturalweightloss #sugarcravings #gutdetox #liverfluke #reducesugar #roundworm #ascaris #loseweightnaturally #strongyloides #metabolicsyndrome #hookworm #sweettoothcravings #antiparisiticdiet #sugarfreelivin #seratoninboost #flatworms

  • Top Supplements for cold/flu/covid season

It seems like everyone around me is catching a variant. There are SO MANY amazing vitamins & supplements you can take prophylactically to keep your immune system boosted without toxic injections. Don't wait until you're sick to boost your immune system - start now so you don't get your booty kicked. This is what my fam takes daily... 💊 D3- reduces survival & replication of viruses and prevents virus from entering the cells (more than 80% of symptomatic COVID patients are deficient in this key vitamin). If you take nothing else, make this a priority! 💊 Zinc - stops virus from multiplying 💊 Vitamin C - antioxidant that stimulates antibodies & white blood cells, kills virus at high doses 💊 Virus Binder - binders like CellCore's ViRadChem remove viruses from the body & stop viral replication. BONUS 💊 Quercetin - blocks virus entry into cells & boosts zinc's fighting ability (also helps boost immunity against allergies) There are so many other amazing things you can add to your arsenal but if you're new to this or are relying on your multivitamin - this is for you! Also, make sure your vitamins are naturally sourced (ideally organic) and don't contain gross artificial ingredients/fillers. One of my fave brands is Garden of Life. And obviously these pair nicely with a healthy diet and lifestyle. #VitaminD #quercetin #VitaminD3 #reversecancer #healcancernaturally #magnesiumstearate #silicondioxide #titamiumdioxide #coldandfluremedies #antiviral #antibacterial #coldflucovid #foodismedicine #naturalsupplements #VitaminD3K2 #stopviralreplication #elderberry #elderberrybenefits #vitaminC #organicvitamins #zinc #binder #chelator #echinacea #fatsolublevitamins #colloidalsilver #antiviralremedies #antiviralherbs #strongimmunesystem #coldandfluseason

  • Types of parasites

I talk about parasites a lot.... and most people assume I'm talking about microscopic parasites. And yes, microscopic protozoan can definitely wreak havoc on your health. But most people have no idea just how prevalent WORMS are in the human body. Tapeworms are what most people think of when it comes to parasitic worms. They have segmented, ribbon-like bodies and are typically several feet long. They usually hang out near the small intestine although they can also travel to the gallbladder & block the bile duct. They fall into the "flatworm" category. Also in the flatworm category is the fluke. These worms are flat, leaf-shaped and won't get bigger than a few inches. Flukes like to hang out in the liver, lungs, blood and intestines. When they die they become dehydrated and look like tomato or pepper skins in stool. Roundworms are the other major parasitic worm category - think earthworm, but inside your body. Most people are familiar with pinworms, which are small white worms that hang out in the colon. These guys are only 1/4-1/2" long and are a common infection for children. Other variations of roundworms however can grow to be several feet long. They can be found all throughout the body in intestines, liver, lungs, skin, muscles, organs and brain. Are you rethinking every movement in your body now?? Message me for a self assessment to see if your health issues line up with parasitic infection.

  • Looking for wellness resolutions for 2022? Start here!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!! For all my peeps looking to make some positive wellness changes in 2022, these are some good places to start: 1. Eat veggies all day long. Try to incorporate them into every meal. Eat the rainbow & reap all of the amazing benefits veggies have to offer. If you need suggestions on how to do this, let me know! 2. Drink lots of water. Shoot for at least 2/3 your body weight in ounces (so if you weigh 150, drink 100 ounces of water). Ideally professional-grade filtered water that removes pathogens, heavy metals, VOC's & more. 3. Get outside and enjoy some free vitamin D!! So many studies have been published now about the link between vitamin D deficiency and propensity for covid, cancer, bone health & more. Out of all the possible supplements out there to prioritize, I choose this one. But if you can get it direct from the sun it's even better. 4. Try earthing/grounding. This is when you are in direct contact with the earth by walking barefoot or even hugging a tree. We are electrical beings and the negative ions in the earth help offset our positive charge with our skin as the conductor. This can help lower free radical damage, inflammation & stress. 5. Find an enjoyable way to move your body. If the gym isn't for you, try gardening, walking or dancing... be active! 6. Remove the toxins. We live in a toxic world and eating clean/using clean products isn't always enough. Take binders daily that will bind to everyday toxins like pollution, glyphosate & heavy metals & remove them from the body. #2022wellnessgoals #NewYearsResolution2022 #behealthyandhappy #behealthywithme #eatyourveggies #eattherainbow #foodismedicine #eatyourvegetables #drinkwaterreminder #drinkwaterchallenge #drinkcleanwater #hydrationchallenge #vitaminDdeficiency #vitaminDtherapy #sunshinetherapy #earthing #grounding #groundingenergy #groundingpractice #moveyourbody #beactive #beactivebehealthybehappy #treehugger #hugatree #binders #chelators #zeolite #humicacid #fulvicacid #carbontechnology

  • Mistletoe's robust cancer-fighting properties

Did you know in other countries mistletoe is a prescription drug, primarily used for cancer? In Europe, mistletoe extracts are among the most prescribed medications for patients with cancer, with it being the most commonly used cancer drug in Germany. In the Celtic language, the word mistletoe means “all heal". Mistletoe extracts prevent cancer cell growth and stimulate the immune system to fight cancer. Mistletoe promotes the activation of the P53 gene which causes cancer cell growth to stop and even die. Mistletoe can help ease the harmful consequences of and improve efficacy of conventional chemotherapy drugs for cancer. It also improves the quality of life and also increases the life expectancy of cancer patients who choose traditional cancer treatments. Suzanne Somers made this cancer treatment popular in the U.S. when she used it to treat her breast cancer in 2001. Mistletoe contains a wide variety of immune-stimulating phytonutrients. It can also help seizures, headaches, arthritis symptoms, high blood pressure and gastrointestinal complaints. Mistletoe can be poisonous if taken improperly so be sure to work closely with your medical practitioner. If you're pursuing cancer treatments, whether through holistic or conventional methods, mistletoe may be a great addition to your protocol. #mistletoe #mistletoemagic #mistletoekiss #mistletoeready #cancertreatments #fightcancertogether #cancertumor #breastcancer #breastcancerfighter #suzannesomers #breastcancerwarrior #cancerfightingfoods #cancerfighting #cancerfightingingredients #p53 #p53gene #cancergenetics #phytonutrients #chemowarrior #chemosideeffects #cancermedicine #reversediseasenaturally #cellcore #naturalcancersolutions #foodismedicine #cancercausing #drugfree #pharmafree #nontoxicdrugs #toxicpharmaceuticals

  • Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO)

Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO) occurs when bacteria from your large intestine migrate into your small intestine. As a result, there are more microbes in your small intestine than there should be that release toxins and trigger gut inflammation. Symptoms of SIBO include abdominal bloating, pain, excess gas, and diarrhea and can interfere with your absorption of nutrients. Gas and bloating come from microbes fermenting carbohydrates in your gut. You exhale some of this gas through your lungs which is how doctors measure SIBO through breath testing. The ileocecal valve controls the movement of materials between your small & large intestine. Sometimes this valve malfunctions. Parasites are a common culprit because they like to hang out in this part of the gut and can physically block the valve and keep it from closing. Diet, medication and health disorders can increase your SIBO risk. -Diets high in sugar & carbs promote SIBO. -Antibiotics, antacids & other heartburn medication increase SIBO risk. -Diseases that impact the digestive tract can also increase your propensity of getting SIBO. This includes thyroid disorders, cirrhosis, Crohn's disease, Celiac disease and diabetes. SIBO is typically repairable through dietary changes like following the FODMAP diet and detoxing from pathogens/candida. #SIBO #SIBOdiet #smallintestinalbacterialovergrowth #FODMAPdiet #FODMAP #FODMAPfriendly #candidadiet #candidaovergrowth #candidacleanse #candidadetox #parasitecleanse #parasitedetox #ascaris #strongyloides #tapeworm #crohnsdiseaseawareness #celiaclife #celiacfriendly #ileocecalvalve #cirrhosis #thyroiddisease #sugarfreelivin #guthealthchangeseverything #guthealthiswhereitsat #antibioticfree #diarrhea #passgas #stomachgas #antacid #heartburnrelief

  • Lyme or Lupus?

Lyme disease is often referred to as "the Great Imitator" because of its ability to mimic other diseases. Lupus is one of them. The intracellular form of Lyme bacteria has the ability to penetrate cell walls and go inside. Once the bacteria is inside the cells, the immune system attacks. It doesn't just attack the cells with Lyme bacteria, it mistakenly attacks other types of cells as well and autoimmunity develops. Both Lyme & Lupus has these similar symptoms making it easy for them to be mistaken for each other: -Atrioventricular block (disturbances of the heart's electrical system) -Central nervous system dysfunction -Fatigue -Fever -Joint pain & arthritis -Rashes There's also the possibility that both Lyme & Lupus can be present in the body at the same time. If you've been diagnosed with Lupus, finding a detox protocol that can remove Lyme & its coinfections could be the missing link in your wellness strategy. #lymedontkillmyvibe #lymeawareness #lymefighter #lymewarrior #lymediseasewarrior #lupusfighter #lupuslife #lupusstrong #lupussupport #lupussurvivor #lupusadvocate #lupuschick #lymelife #autoimmunediseasewarrior #autoimmunity #autoimmuneprotocol #autoimmunewellness #reversedisease #tickbite #Borrelia #spirochete #bullseyerash #rheumatoidarthritis #Multiplesclerosis #Fibromyalgia #bartonella #malarrash #AtrioventricularBlock #jointpain #arthritiswarrior
